YOGA CLASSES

Experience the perfect balance of movement and rest and leave class feeling calmer and with a better sense of presence in your body.

The fastest way to still the mind, is to move the body.

- Gabrielle Roth

Manon is trained in Vinyasa, Yin Yoga and Fertility Yoga, and teaches a gentle, conscious, somatic (body-oriented) and self-respecting style of yoga. She focuses very much on embodiment, to invite you out of your head and a little more present in your body, exploring sensations and emotions that arise in a gentle and paced way. Her practice is grounding and the intention is to reconnect to yourself, and leave class feeling a little more settled.

Manon is trauma-trained, and teaches with safety and the nervous system in mind.

" Manon exemplifies true professionalism and complete expertise in her disciplines. She not only understands the theory behind her teaching, she is able to explain and model her teachings to her students with a clear, comfortable and completely understandable delivery. Manon’s very social approach and in-depth knowledge base have allowed me to completely trust her as an expert in her fields and to really enjoy her classes and sessions."

Cynthia Arseneault, Retired Teacher

Manon sees local clients, generally from the Restigouche and Chaleur regions in New Brunswick but also offers online appointments to those not local to this area.

She practices in Dalhousie, on the Gespe’gewa'gi traditional, unceded territory of the Mi'kmaq.
