Prenatal Yoga

Some well needed YOU-time before the arrival of your new little one! You will get still and quiet enough in order to truly connect to yourself, and with your baby. This class prepares your body, mind and spirit for the labour, birth and arrival of this new little being. 

 

This class is appropriate anytime in your pregnancy. Variations are offered for each trimester.

 

Mama & Baby (Postnatal Yoga)

A class designed for new mothers and mothers with new babies. An opportunity for the two of you to connect deeper, and a time for you to heal and heal your pelvic floor.

 

This class is appropriate for mothers and babies ages 6-8 weeks (earliest) and up to around 6 months (or until baby is mobile). 

 

Tuesdays from 10-11am

All props are supplied (mat, bolster, meditation cushion, blocks, strap, blanket). Bring yourself, your baby and what you need for your baby :) 

 

Mama Recharge (Postnatal Yoga)

For mothers who need some time on their own, so that they can be the best mama they can be! The first year can be challenging - feel supported, held and seen in this intimate class. Release some emotions, heal your body (and pelvic floor), and recharge your batteries!

 

This class is appropriate from 6-8 weeks postpartum up to 1 year postpartum.  Or, for any mom who needs to recharge!!!
