"Guiding you from your head down into your whole body"

Manon is trained in Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, and teaches a gentle, very conscious, somatic and self-loving style of yoga that is also tinged with Shamanic wisdom and tradition as well as Somatic Experiencing principles. She focuses very much on embodiment, to get you out of your head and fully present in your body, feeling all of the sensations and emotions that arise. Her practice is grounding and encourages you to have the courage to look deeper within. She often includes meditation, pranayama (breath work), oracle cards and mantra singing in her classes.

 

Manon has also completed an additional training in Yoga for Fertility, and plans to add Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga in her expertise in the near future.
