As your Birth Doula, I support you during pregnancy so that you know your options, you're clear on your birth wishes and birthing location. I provide you with emotional, physical and spiritual support during labour and birth and immediately postpartum.

I am a member of your birthing team.
I support you, and your partner, in pregnancy, labour, birth and immediately postpartum.
I do not replace your partner, I help him/her support you.

I do not speak on your behalf, but I help you find your voice.
I support home births, birth center births, and hospital births.
I support all family constellations, surrogates and planned adoptions. 

 

My wish is to help women connect to their deepest feminine power and to create a positive, empowering birth experience.

Full Support

  • Complimentary Consultation (no fee/no obligation)
  • 2-3 prenatal visits  (to discuss birth wishes, options, etc.)
  • On-call service from 38 weeks – 42 weeks
  • Email, SMS, phone support throughout entire pregnancy and 2 weeks after birth
  • Continuous birth support (by distance in early labour and in person from active labour until 1-2 hours after birth)
  • Basic birth photography (if possible/desired)
  • Opening of Sacred Space (if desired)
  • Basic Breastfeeding Support
  • 1-2 postpartum visits
